If you SS tumble, I would suggest lubricating inside of necks with dry film lube. The carbon buildup on inside of necks is actually beneficial in consistency as the neck and bullet don’t seize up....

Pick out your bullet first. 140ís pushed with H1000 should do well. As far as brass that is available for the PRC, look into ADG if you want good brass, Hornady if you want cheaper readily available...
