Yeah that's exactly the way I feel about it, I had a couple of older 5.9 dodges in the past and they were great trucks. But now days there is just too much upkeep that goes along with newer diesels....

I just assumed they would get better mileage with the 3.73 but I will definitely keep that in mind. Yeah a lot of those dashes have cracks. My 2012 half ton had cracks too.
