In Conway, AR our high yesterday was 88 and dry. It has been hot and humid mostly but we do get breaks in the heat and humidity occasionally in the summers. Lots of bowhunting here.

I had a few bouts of that about 4 or 5 years ago. I started drinking a turmeric mixture ar night and also started exercising again after I retired. So issues since. YMMV.
