Thanks...I try, but they ain't always pretty. The stairs were done in the shop, with my big wirefeed & gas...the stuff in the field is being done with my Millermatic 211 & fluxcore.

I have a Milwaukee and my last blade purchase was Diablo. I have been very happy with the blade...and I cut lots of 1/4" wall square/round/ rectangle. It goes through 3/8" & 1/2" bar as well.

Can you not pull up the boards next to the house and set those posts and lay the boards back down (trimmed around the new posts) ? Or beef-up the deck and weld plates to the bottom of the posts...
