Is it worth trying to pack in a small 6-8' tripod? I will be on the rifle hunt. Think my best bet would be to setup on the edge of a clearing....

Do you want to hunt during the day or night, I think most of Kayote is all night time hunting. He has a great success rate and probably cheaper that the king ranch.

Found this embedded in my gators head. It was healed over with some scare tissue. No archery equipment is allowed for gators.

Alligator hunt

Brother and I decided to try for a standby spot at James daughtrey wma alligator hunt this week. Was had to work at them but had a blast.

My brothers is 13-5 645 lbs
Mine is 13-3 695 lbs

I've only went and tried for standby once...after we were drawn the Bio let people pick there units in the order they were drawn... I think its only far to do it this way...
