Trust me, it drives me nuts. I hunted McCulloch/Concho 2005-2009 and now 2018-2019. I think a lot of it is down south the deer are just so much larger that their body characteristics are exaggerated...

Like several have said, if that doe was tagged it was because it was a breeder doe that probably had FAR superior genetics. Killing that doe could easily be the equivalent of shooting a 5-6 bucks...
