What to Fry?

I read somewhere that the 125s don't have enough oomph to take down a deer at 200 yards and under. I find that hard to believe.

Iím thinking about getting the Marlin 336 Youth for both a truck gun and for my kids to use. I am sure the 20Ē barrel model would be better but I really like the size of the 16Ē as it fits the kids...
