I was just looking on line for a Colorado pork green chili recipe. My mom lived there for awhile and loved it on everything. Want to make it for her next time she's down.

I use fresh cilantro & add a teaspoon of Cumin. We eat on eggs or burritos or enchiladas. Heck we eat it like stew in a bowl.
