Mother Shucker is awesome also.

Try an Andy/Berry. That is a black/tan made from Andy Gator and Abita Strawberry. Goes well with seafood gumbo or an oyster stew.

I just can’t do the shandy or the strawberry stuff. I like just about everything else Abita does though

I don’t care for the strawberry either unless it is halfed with the andy gator. It becomes a whole new flavor.

Didn’t know that. That may be where the bartender at the Gumbo Bar got the idea. I wish Mother Shucker was still available. But, HEB’s beer and wine person told me it was seasonal.
