Under seat gun rack and storage

Just got a new to me crew cab. Paid up for the overpriced Weathertech mats and still having buyers remorse. Next I wanted under seat storage. Duhah's, and the other commercial units run $200. Built this one for $25.00.

Is it mounted to the floor or just set in place?

just and idea I'd add felt to the notches to protect the stock and barrel but otherwise very nice I want one now

Added some faux leather this week. It is basically bungees in place. Works great

Thought about doing that also but not sure I want to loose the open floor when the seats are up. Also, did you know the the back seats have a hidden latch and can be folded forward. Some good storage behind there as well.

I keep my rifles shotguns in canvas case and put them back behind the seat.
