These baby's are about 40 feet up on s landing ... Nest is in a valve stem on a gas plant... They are as big as a full size dove... check out the nest it's built out of insulation tie wire

I don't have the opportunity to dove hunt anymore but we always shot a few smaller young dove that even still had pinfeathers during dove season back when I hunted them a lot.

They do have some big peckers on them..... that's what go me thinking it would s not a dove
