2 tbs Manteca
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup flour
2 large chicken Brest cubed
1 pound of frozen posole
1 tbs of granular garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 quart of chicken broth
16 oz jar of green chile sauce
2 cups water
Heat manteca in stock pot. Saute onions and garlic in manteca. Add cubed chicken and cook. Sprinkle in flour. Slowly stir in broth. Add all other ingredients and cook till posole flowers.
Garnish with minced onion and parsley.
