    2- mild Italian sausages, stripped from their casings
    diced sweet onion, mushrooms, garlic- sauteed- chilled
    no salt Mrs.Dash
    slices of Colby cheese in the middle of the mix
    55'mins indirect in the OldSmokey, to 165°

                      Yours looked so good I had to cheat capt jack. I went to the cafe and got stuffed chile rellanos smothered with red chile adovada. Two big jims stuffed with cheese battered and fried. Then smothered in red chile.

                          Here is my rendition!! Four are ground beef, red pepper, mushroom and cheese... One is yard bird, mushroom and red pepper... I will make a tomatoe base sauce for the ground beef ones tomorrow and have an Alfaro (jar) sauce for the yard bird one... Will see how they taste tomorrow...
