    Who uses ASF

I’m about to buy 2 feeders and can’t decide which one to get. I have two broad cast feeders at each stand. I use one 300# bc feeder to throw protein and another to bc corn during offseason and both corn during season. I’m up at the lease about every three weeks so not worried to much about running out and I’m not feeding 10 tons a year either unless some of the others want to step up and help. I do feed about 4000# of protein along with corn on a yearly basis. So I’m doing my part. My question is would you get the timed broadcast or the timed broadcast that falls into a trough. These are the two I’m looking at. Both of these will go with a corn broadcast feeder that holds 1500#.

If it’s strictly for protein I’d go with the timed that falls in a trough. Less waste IMO. I’m looking at the exact one now.
