Windmill
06-09-2009, 09:15 PM
We spent the last few days with this windmill outside the bunkhouse. It gave us some nice views in the evenings. This particular sunset was the best.
The full moon was awesome too. After a few tries that just didn't cut it on my own, Russell taught me the secret recipe for the exposure.

Great shots Shane, I especially love the last one. 5 minutes?
Nice photos in that set.

Oh, how secret is the recipe? lol That last one is a truly amazing shot. Took me a minute to realize exactly what was going on.

Thanks, y'all. Bill, you're right. It's a 5-minute exposure.
Split Arrow, just set up on a tripod, get out your remote or cable release, set the camera to Bulb, and leave the shutter open for 5 minutes.

Nice shots Shane. You need to get on the phone and call some calendar companies.
