    Covid Vaccine Part 2

First off, if your going to talk trash, stay off of here, no one wants to hear your useless info. This post is for those who took the vaccine and/or thinking about it.

1st dose, piece of cake absolutely nothing to report.

I took my 2nd Covid Vaccine (Pfizer) early this am. I experienced nothing until about the 12 hour mark. My left deltoid was most definitely tender. Not tender enough to take Tylenol, but definitely knew it was tender.

Now I am at the 15 hour mark and I am starting to feel like "flu like body aches." From my neck to my toes. I am going to take some Tylenol and go to bed.

I'll post up in the morning what I am experiencing.

I have not had it . My aunt and niece and nephew have only had the first round . Both had no issues . Nephew is very immune compromised. Had Leukemia starting at the age of 3. Now 22 remission 10 years . Kid is a walking miracle.

        Best wishes!
I'm in the 1B group but can't find a method of getting on a list nor anyone who knows anything about scheduling. I did get in contact with the Montgomery County health department and the lady said they're expecting another 100 doses within a week. You have to check their website often to confirm they have the juice and call to make an appointment.
I live 10 minutes from Memorial Hermann hospital (Woodlands)
but can't find any way of scheduling.

        Getting pretty frustrated.

I legitimately hope it works out for all involved.

I don't see the need for me to take it, especially while there are so many who want/need it before me.

I'm not anti, but I'm not taking it for the foreseeable future.

            It's normal
Most of my people have had their work scheduled to be off the day after the 2nd shot bc they are experiencing mild symptoms that last less than a day or so. Something like 50-75% of them... but that's just your body revving up against what it thinks is an intruder. I would say your working as planned lol. Good luck! I won't get my 2nd for another couple weeks and its moderna.

I was curious if his S/S were common. Thanks for your input.

I took the first dosage yesterday morning and my arm was sore all afternoon and throughout the night. Right now the soreness is gone.

I'm confirmed and waiting on instructions on when/where to go for the first dose.

Well, that was interesting. So I woke up at midnight and my body aches were pretty intense. Especially in my joints. Elbows, wrists, knees and ankles. Even my toes ached. I also had the "chills" pretty bad. I had on sweat pants and a hoody and felt like I was freezing.

I was able to fall back asleep 2 hours later and I tossed and turned. Just couldn't get comfortable.

I just woke up 15 minutes ago and popped 2 Advil's. My body aches are still here but pretty mild compared to last night. Time to get up and get moving around.

So there you have it. Just a night of fun from Pfizer Part 2. I expect the body aches will subdue here shortly and then back to normal.

Michigan announced it will start giving the vaccine to us deplorables for 65 year old and above. Wife and I plan to take it.

I would think different people could feel different effects.

There is no reason for this to go south. There are dozens of other threads they can go to announce they won’t take it and everyone who does is a sheep. I don’t know if I’ll take it. I have asthma and a severe case of pneumonia several years ago. My sister is a pharmacist and says it’s perfectly safe. My 76 year old dad will take it.
