I would look for a all in one kit of seasoning just to get your feet wet

If it’s your first try. I would make a trip to allied Kenco and grab a couple different prepackaged blends. They are good and easy. Any questions process/recipe wise can be resolved between allied or the manufacturer of seasoning websites.
