    Dry Aged??

    Hatch red chilis. These have been hanging and drying out for almost a year so I decided to grind them. Can`t wait to try them on something. They made about 5 ounces.

    Good stuff! Those make great chili powder if you grind them fine enough.

      I’ll bet it will be good! I’m fixing to smoke and grind some Chilies myself. Did you use a spice grinder, I’m wanting to get a coarser grind, mainly flakes. Yours look close to what I want.
