Today is a difficult day for sure for my family. We had to put down our precious miniature schnauzer maggie. She was 11 years old and has been truely a blessing to our family. She was the best dog we have ever had. She started getting sick about 3 weeks ago and couldn't hold anything down. My wife took her to the vet and her liver numbers were 10x higher than they should be. That same day we took her for an ultra sound and she had 3 spots on her liver and we all knew what that meant. They gave her some medication for her liver but she went down hill pretty quick after that day. This morning we decided it was time and didn't want to see her suffer anymore. Rest in peace baby girl, we will miss you tremendously.
