Anyone used Safeguard metal buildings out of Troy, TX for a RV carport

I’m looking to have a rv cover put up at the lease and when calling some of the companies I’ve seen on here that are nation wide places I heard them mention Safeguard was the supplier so I looked them up. Kinda cut the middle man out kinda thing. So I called them and there prices seem good. Just curious if anyone has used them directly?

They quoted me $2650 for a 18'x36' with 12’ legs and upgraded anchors.

In for answers as well, I need to get a cover about the same size soon, sounds like a good price. Is this materials and labor?

That’s a great price IMO. I had a 20x40x12 built several years ago and it was $3600.

If you go with this kind of building I highly suggest you drill holes close to the corner uprights and cement posts in the ground and attach to their verticals. Their wind loads are not as advertised.

Oh snap. Is that a safeguard cover? How strong was the wind that did that?

We replaced all of the corner bracing screws with bolts and nylon locking nuts, but ours is a carport no side covers all the way to the ground

That looks like a great price. Eagle Carports (manufacturer) is installing a 16'6"x20x9 carport, vertical roof, front and rear gables with a 3' panel with j-trim on both sides for
$2600 includes tax at my home in south Louisiana.
