He's looking for a dog that has been trained to locate and retrieve shed antlers. Basically like a bird dog working the field but instead of birds it's looking for antlers... Cover way more ground that way when shed hunting. I'm going to work that into my new pups training. He loves the antler I already train him with.

I tried to make my dogs live in the shed, but she wasn't having it.

I'd like to find one also. I know we have 100's of sheds out there. Hard to find. My dog finds one or two each trip but he's just thinking he stumbled on a bone LOL

I know a few people here have them. They may see this post soon and reply.

I know it’s not what you asked but since everyone else is doing it... have you ever heard of shed traps? A buddy of mine from North Carolina was telling me about them and supposedly they work pretty well.
