Has anyone seen Red deer or axis around Possum Kingdom towards Graham

Neighbor told me Pk has a lot of axis running around but I have not seen any. Also was told red deer around the Wildcatter ranch. Any truth to that?? Thanks

Lots of Axis around the lake. Grew up in Jacksboro and would frequent PK just to see all of the deer in the neighborhoods on the lake. Have also seen Blackbuck but never came across Red Deer. Wouldn't surprise me if they are around.

I seen a red stag dead that had been hit by a car probably 2 miles south of the Wildcatter. That was about 3 years ago, I heard a game ranch some where around there had a fence get washed out.

With the fires they had a few years ago, a lot of fences were cut to let cattle escape. My father in law lives on the lake but hasn’t said anything.

Lots of red stag around 1191 and towards the river, I know the guy that got them started on his ranch a long time ago. The Wildcatter is covered up in them. There are quite a few axis out on the peninsula, and some aoudad up the creeks.
