Doe down. Luv it when a plan comes together! Hand corned an old bow blind haven't hunted it in years. My regular bow blind needs some attention. This is my 2nd trip to the lease since last Dec. I coulda got things dun when I was here at thxgvg, but I was too lazy. I was here for almost a week and didn't even hunt 1/2 the time. So I decide to bring my bow this trip. Had some deer sign around an old bow blind, so I said what the heck . Hand corned morning, evening and another morning. Sat there that evening and had a doe on the ground in less than 30 minutes of gettin settled in. Nuthin special, just meat in the freezer, but there ain't nuthin better than doin it with a bow!
I was out of makers mark so I had to settle for crown royal!
