Playing around with Nikon spot on app

I started to play around with the spot on app in anticipation of shooting my ar-10 after I get my m-308 mounted. When selecting that scope they ask for sight height to be changed when mounting on an AR. Anybody know off hand what should be entered? Its an M-308 using the M-308 mount on a DPMS oracle.

How Do you Measure Sight Height?

Using a ruler or caliper, measure from the center of the objective lens
on your scope to the center of your barrel. It is typically around
1.5 inches for scoped rifles and 0.9 inches for open sights.

    that's from the App

On AR's it can be near 2 inches depending on the mount's that you use. It is important to measure this number as accurately as you can to increase your downrange accuracy. Obviously the more accurate the data in the better your results.
Feel free to drop me a note if you have any problem's.
