A warm wish for ALL our actively serving military for a SAFE Thanksgiving!

Stay safe, be vigilant and know the USA is proud of you all!

I'll be looking at this pic of my son and two grandson's taken just a week before he deployed once more. There are a lot of families missing their loved one's even more this week. God Bless them all!

Thanks QB. I started this to hopefully see many respond, with pics, to honor our Military during this special week. Jake and several of his soldiers get a kick out of the OP's I put up and copy/paste to them in the "land of sand." We take so much for granted the freedom's we enjoy everyday that our Military provides.

I'd love to see more pics of our TBH brethren and their families...sentimental too much? Nah....just thankful!

Thinking of all our young ones who won't be home for the Holidays and their families. I'm proud of them for toeing the line and protecting our country.. my son in law is in Korea and will miss the births of his first born. Keep safe and thanks to all who serve!

I hear ya'! I'm having Thanksgiving with Susan and two of our kids tomorrow. Then heading out Wednesday and another Thanksgiving lunch on Thursday with a different son and his wife at the lease. Man, with 6 kids, their families, it's a "wheel of fortune" with our family.

My favorite memories of being deployed during the holidays was getting care packages from mom. She would always send a big box of Figi's sausages and cheeses. The rest of the guys in my squad loved them too, lol.
