Prayers for my son

My son (19) is having a full colectomy surgery tomorrow. That is where they remove the entire large colon. He’s been battling severe ulcerative colitis for 3 years now staring with a month stay a Texas Children’s 3 years ago.

After lots of medications his doctor today recommended he have the surgery and has him scheduled in the morning.

Please pray for a good surgery, no complications, and a good recovery. Also please pray he mentally stays strong.

They said this is the first of three surgeries he will have to have.
