    Quail Recipes

We were fortunate enough to get some birds last weekend and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on prepping those babies.

I know you can never go wrong with the bird wraps but I wanted to just try something new, let me know what yall got.

    Thanks

I've tried them several time deep fried whole and also grilled after being seasoned with five spice powder. Marinate them for a few hours in soy sauce, five spice powder and some brown sugar. Pat them dry and then lightly brush them with vegetable oil so the seasoning will stick. Then dust them with a mixture of the five spice powder and salt/pepper to taste. Grill or fry whole.

They are no good. Mail them to me and I'll dispose of them. Maaaannn, I love me some fired quail. Or grilled. Wrapped in bacon. Or without. I better stop!
