Ladies and Gents. We are starting a new ducks unlimited chapter in Robertson county. We have our first event planned and I wanted to spread the word to try to get as much participation as we can. This event is going to be a Sportsman's night out which is everything like a banquet except there will not be a live auction. I am working on getting the prizes together but I am pretty sure we are going to have some cool stuff and some nice packages. Would love for everyone to come out. And with it being on cinco de mayo the food being served will be fajitas. If you have any questions let me know and hope to see some of yall there.

I was talking to my wife about us going to this. What kind of turn out do you think your going to have?

Not real sure. Have a lot of people saying they want to go and will buy tickets just haven't done so yet so don't have an accurate headcount. hoping for 100-125 ish, anything above that would be great. We have plenty of prizes and games. It should be a good time. Yall should come Bazo.

What kind of prizes and auctions do you have? Maybe some extra info will help motivate more folks to come out.

Bacon wrapped chopped sirloin and all the beer you can drink is worth the $40 for a couples ticket!

Bushmaster AR
Howa .308 in kryptek camo
Ruger American predator in 6.5 creedmore
Henry golden boy .22
Beretta outlander in camo
Over/under 20 gauge

And some others. Lots of smaller items and some things for the wife's too.

It wasn't too bad. I won the ruddy duck decoy and book on the first raffle. My dad won the duck stamp set and mom won some towels. Can't complain about that.
