Tacos, chili, burgers, you name it. Just don't overcook it.

If you want to make burgers, you may need to use a little fresh pork sausage to mix with the patties as a binding agent.

I never buy ground beef. Anything you would use ground beef for, you can sub the ground venison. Much leaner and very tasty. As mentioned above, don't overcook it.

Agree with the above. Venison makes the best meatloaf I've ever eaten, also. We don't buy hamburger.

Chilli, Hambuger Helper, burgers, spagetti, meat loaf.
When browning in a skillet I add a little oilive oil to keep it from drying out. With burgers mix a little of your favorite bbq rub.

SOUP is a great way. As is spagetti and Tacos.

I was thinking the same thing so I went and bought one of those jerky making kits from bp and made some jerky that turned out really well.

I add an egg to my burgers to hold them together.

I like to brown up a few pounds and put it in a tupperware container in the fridge. Then I can add it to whatever I'm making for a quick meal. Scrambled eggs, spaghetti sauce, pizza topping, shepherds pie, soup, beans, you name it. It's all good.

Like everyone else, we haven't bought ground beef in 4 years.

I wonder how it would work with Manwich? Mine is supposed to have fat mixed in it. Will that be beef fat or pork? The only deer meat I've eaten is backstraps. I'll be picking up my meat tomorrow.

Works great with Manwich. Like the others, I haven't bought ground beef in years. Anything that used to get made with beef is now made with ground venison.
