College baseball is right around the corner. The "certain not to be the final" top 40 just came out. Could be a showdown if 1 vs 2 on March 3rd in Minute Maid Park.

As for Texas, look for them to hit better. If you wonder why bats have been less potent than they might have been up to now, consider this: under previous staff, batters were routinely required to TAKE in 2-0 and 3-1 counts.Comment

Ags will have an interesting team this year. We lost 6 all-SEC players from last year, but we will be starting 5 seniors also. Pitching should be dominant like always but the season will depend on how all the new bats perform...Comment
