    easy pulled pork

I just got home from work and the house smells wonderful! Before I left for work yesterday (about 1pm) I took one of the front shoulders from the pig I shot Monday, put it in my large slow cooker, seasoned shoulder with rosemary, Cavendars Greek seasoning and two regular size bottles of BBQ sauce. Set the cooker on 250 degres and left it. It is now 5:30 am and the meat just fell off the bone. Gonna let it continue to cook while I take a nap.(I gotta be back at work at 3pm) We are gonna bake some potatoes tonight at work. Stuff em with butter, sour cream, chives, cheese and pulled pork! I doubt we get much done tonight!

      ok....pork recipe please

No replies last time so I'll be more specific. I am heading up opening weekend and have two 6-8 lbs piglets whole for the most part. I want to slow cook them on the grill where they fall off the bone for pork fajitas.........any detailed advice will be appreciated PLEASE

Btw, I didn't mean to reply on this post...sorry skeeter but I can't seem to delete it.

        Outcast,

No problemo. Thats what this section is for. Rub porkers down with Cavendars Greek seaoning and lemon pepper. If you have room, place both piggys on the pit whole. Smoke at 250 for about 1 hour. Remove pigs from pit, wrap in tin foil. Make sure there are no gaps or tears in foil. Return meat to pit to cook for another 1-2 hours. Bones will fall out of the meat.

Enjoy. Let us know how the tacos turn out.
