My Wild Kitchen - New Post - Venison Mini Meatloaf Logs

After nine days on the road I'm finally back home and back to cooking. Here's a favorite from my childhood: Venison Mini Meatloaf Logs. Ready in 35 minutes or less.

I made these last night. But I added my own little twist to him. I put a slice of jalapeno in the center with the cheese. And smoked them. They where good.
