above and beyond in the customer service dept. - before the season started I couldn't find my bow mount tail cap, went online and ordered a new one and got an email from the guys there saying they noticed I had already ordered on of these and wanted to know if the original had malfunctioned - I explained that it worked great and that I simply couldn't find it - just the fact that they took the initiative to notice I was ordering the same part for the second time and wanted to follow up to ensure there were no problems was great but then they gave me a discount as it was my second time to order the same part
fast forward to this weekend when I lose the second half of the wire (the part with the buttons) I email asking if I can buy just the wire piece and get a reply back that they will send to me at no charge
the products they produce are high quality and better than anything you can get at a big box store but the incredible customer service is a nice bonus too and something you just don't see very often
