I started making these Venison Sausage Egg Muffins over a year ago. They were perfect when Josh was in the oil field and needed a grab-n-go breakfast. I literally eat one muffin as a breakfast taco every single day. Josh eats two. It looks like a whole lotta vegetables, but I don't even notice them when I eat these, and I'm the picky one.
