I don't know about the age. It's hard to tell during summer months. I'm thinking around 3 1/2. As far as a management plan we are shooting one mature one cull and two does. I doubt we'll all kill our limit. I don't have a good idea of how long we'll have the lease. The land owners says it's a long term deal but he's up there in years and who knows what happens after that? I'm glad to have it this year.
