    Take both breasts off of a goose, and Jaccard, then marinade for 2 days in equal parts Tamari, Toasted Sesame Oil, add a sprinkle or 2 of Sesame Seeds, Minced garlic and a dash of Sea Salt. Grill on hot grill, do not overcook and dry them out. can be served with Wild Rice.
