I'm taking my wife on a hog hunt in March so I'm trying to decide between an 85 grain fixed blade or 100 grain. The challenge is that she has a really low draw weight but makes up for it in draw length. We could bump the poundage up about 5 more lbs. but I want her to be comfortable especially since this is her first hunt. I know for sure that she want's luminocks on her arrows which changes the FOC a little. I guess the thing that is throwing me is that there is no big change in KE from the 85 to 100. So my question is, is it worth giving up the 5 fps to gain the 2% in FOC or should I just stick with the extra speed and not worry about the FOC as much? I'm still pretty new to all of this so I'm trying to wrap my head around as much as I can.
