I have a permit to hunt the Big Sandy Unit on the Big Thicket Preserve this year and its y first time to hunt it. I went out this weekend and spooked a couple of things but returned home empty handed. Does anyone have any experience hunting this unit, and if so what advice can you give on where to hunt it?
