Looks like I'm going to be a bowhunter!

Welp, I just traded for a like-new Mathews MQ32 with a brand new string. It's pretty cheaply outfitted with a Whisker Biscuit, PSE 3 pin sight, and some generic stabilizer. It shoots pretty well and groups much better than I expected @ 20 yds., but I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow to have the DL increased, what else would you guys recommend while it's there? I have no idea on the actual specs. and am hoping the bow shop can help me with that.

That bow is a 32" ata with an 8 inch bh. Seems it IBO'd at 305ish. I was going to buy one back when they were new but bought a MQ1. Dang I do miss that bow. It was a tack driver.

just a good looking over the entire bow. make sure all screws are tight and everything seems to be in well working order. if you are increasing the DL, have the peep re-aligned to fit you. look at some different accessories that catch your eye and most of all, have fun. welcome to the sport, and welcome to your new addiction.

If I were you, don't change a thing other than getting it set for you. Over time you will see what you like/don't like in your setup. For hunting cheap sights/rests/stab work just fine.

I guarantee that setup will smack anything you want.. Like stated above, roll with it as is and do plenty of research and browsing finding what your preferences are
