Got on a new new lease this year and decided that after reading through all the DIY bow blinds, I decided that I was done with the tripods and was going to put my wood working skills to work. I may have went a TAD overboard but I figured Go Big or Go Home...
I wanted something that I can stand up in to shoot or stretch my legs and also wanted something to strech out in and be comfortable. The base is 8'x6'. Built it out of 2x6 treated wood. Topped it off with 3/8" Plywood. The sides of the blind are 6'8" (Im 6'5") in OSB. Ordered me some DeerView Windows and should be here anytime. Front 3 panels will have 36x12 grey verticle windows and the sides will be 24x12 grey horizontal windows. Plan on putting a 3-4" slop the the right. Will update as I get further along.
