Bowtech Rascal info please

I am looking at getting my son a bow to start out and found a Bowtech rascal at a pawn shop for $100. Is this a good deal? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Adam

Thanks low fence he is 11 but small framed. I have a 55 # bow and he has trouble drawing so i figured this might be better.
