OK, after a thread a week or so ago, several guys were asking me how we built our ground blinds. The wall is 1-16' cattle panel covered with "AstroTurf " plastic grass carpet from the local building supply store. Set 2 T-posts in the ground about 3.5' apart. Lay the carpet on the ground and put the cattle panel on top and zip tie the carpet to the panel all the way around the perimeter. Stand the panel up and attach one end to one of the T-posts. Bend the panel around in a circle and attach to the other T-post. The T-posts create the doorway. It will look something like this:

Then use bolt cutters to cut out your windows. We use shoot through netting in ours. Here is what the windows look like:
I hope this helps everybody that was asking. These blinds last way longer than popups. We have 1 that is going on it's 4th year and is just now needing a little roof maintenance.

ShawnH - The last ones we bout materials for (which was several years ago) ran us about $130/blind. I would not besurprised if that was more like $150 now.

Here is a pic of how you attach the pvc roof frame to the wall of the blind. Cut the top row upright at the top wire of the panel. Bend it OUT just a hair. Run the pvc over the top wire towards the out side of the blind and slide it down on the upright. This creates tension so the pvc will stay in place. Here is a pic:
