Not a virgin anymore!
I took my first doe with a bow last night, heck that is my first doe ever! I got to the stand around 4 and found ants all over the tree and seat so I couldn't sit, had to stand. I started looking around in the tree and found 7 different snake skins on several limbs. I had a hard concentrating because I felt something was looking at me.
Anyway, I had 4 does come in around 4:45 but cows scared them off. Around 6:30, I had 6 does and 2 young spikes. I picked the biggest doe and took aim. 24yds away with a slick trick, good shot, not a great shot. I waited for 20 mins and went to find arrow, it had good blood but it was getting dark and the woods were thick. I called Bvr to bring his Lacey and she found my doe in 10 mins, only 60 yds away. It was a big relief
