my version of the bow holder

there will be a 19x22" shelf for ranger finders, release, beer etc. still need to cut the arrow holders down a bit, tool dip them and then paint the whole thing. will hold 2 bows easily, possibly 3. base is roughly 22x42"

just some plywood. im going to cut it back and make it a bit smaller. the thing is kinda a pain to carry around right now. i also dont think im going to glue any of the joints, too many places for error and with one elbow or t at the wrong angle the whole thing will be messed up...

is there any way to glue the whole thing together without taking it apart, priming each joint, gluing and putting it back together? that leaves way too much room for error. if i get one joint off angle the whole thing will be messed up.

id rather have it all together and aligned, then glue it from the outside if thats possible...

You can run the glue around the joints to seal it, but it will be messy and won't work as well

Don't use primer!!! Waste of money it's not pressurized just glue it it will be fine

Mark all joints with with a line from fitting to pipe... when going back together align marks and it shuold be fine.

marking the joints wont ensure that i get the joints aligned properly and at the correct angle though.

i think i will get it all together and epoxy the joints of all horizontal members. the three vertical legs will be removable as well as the arrow holders so it will break down and fit under my bed or something. im also going to cut down on the shelf size, its way to big and bulky right now and will be even heavier once i add the wood for the shelf.
