any public land around fort hood

wondering if there is any public land for archery around the fort hood area. i just would like a place to bring my kids and teach them the outdoors like my old man did.

Go to the Sportsmans Center on post and they will take care of you. You must have state license, Hunter safety permit and FT Hood permit.

i have the pass for fort hood. but the rules of calling the hot line to get the pass is to much. plus last year i worked my spot but the day it opened someone else was there. bad taste im my mouth.
