first buck on TC age please

This is the first buck I have seen on the TC. Can you guys give me an age/width please? I was thinking 3.5

That is what I was thinking. He is going to have to go another year or 2 if I can keep the trigger happy rifle hunter from shooting him. We have had too many close calls with the width thing. So we all agreed if the deer isn't for sure over 13 then you can't shoot. I think this is the same one I saw last year in a couple pics at 2.5. I think with a couple more years of good nutrition he may get the width and mass he needs to be a shooter

3.5 and 13 inches, barely legal. Too close for me to be comfortable. Tremendous upside with a little more age.
