New to site

Hello fellow hunters, I wasnt real sure where to post this. My names muddydog This is my first post on this site. I enjoy all types of hunting and fishing. I have been shooting traditional bows, both recurve and longbows for about 12 yrs. I currently shoot a 70 lb. Skyhawk Recurve and have just ordered some bowfishing equipment to try. There are several lakes in my area and I cant wait to give it a try. I am also an avid Waterfowler and dove hunter as well , and enjoy working my yellow lab. as well. Hope to get to meet some of yall.

This is my 9 mo old knucklehead...she is coming around but it has been a journey. I love those yellow labs!

Thanks muddydog...she is a mess but I love her. Give me a shout if you need some bowfishing tips...I grew up in Austin and lived in Bryan/College Station for about 9 years total...I have bowfished a few of those central Texas lakes!

Yeah duck'n, Ive ordered me some bowfishing equip. last nite should arrive this week sometime. I never have tried it , but a coworker has got me fired up. We have several lakes here to give it a try and Ill take a bow over a fishing rod anyday.

A warm welcome to the site, muddydog. You'll be hard pressed to find a better bowhunting site anywhere on the internet. Be careful, though. This site is almost as addicting as bowhunting itself.
