    Sean's Easy Camp Crockpot Soup

    1 lb. Breakfast sausage
    1 can of mixed vegtables
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Rotel
    4 cans Cambell's Minestrone soup
2 or 3 cans of water
    1 onion chopped

Heat everything in crockpot on high while cooking sausage in skillet. When mixture starts to boil put in sausage and turn to low and let simmer for 3-4 hours.

Serve with your favorite cornbread and a little parmesan cheese grated on top of soup.

I use the hot sausage and jalapenoe beans for a more spicy version at the lease, but at home I just use regular sausage and beans cause Karen isnt into spicy foods like I am.

I just made a batch and it is awesome, I had to use ground beef and like badge16 said a teaspoon of garlic powder.
