    Apple & Jalapeño Grilled Backstrap

This recipe might sound a bit strange, but I promise that it will be extremely tender and have lots of flavor.

    1 green apple
    3 big Jalapeños
    1 lemon
    1 pound backstrap
    10 dashes of Lea&Pearins

You chop up the Apple into small bits, then you seed the Jalapeños and cut them up very fine. Mix in a bowl. Add the backstrap. Then add lea & Pearins to taste. Mix again. Then take the juice of one lemon and add that to the bowl. Let it sit in the Refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Then cook until medium well. Then enjoy some tender backstrap.
