This was the best Lasagna I had ever had. It beats Stoffers any dad.

1 small box of lasagna noodles
      1 pound of ground venison
1 jar of your favorit spagetti sauce
      1 tub of recatta chesse
1 8oz bag of Mozzerella chesse
      1 cup of parmesan chesse
      2 eggs
      1 table spoon parsley

Brown meat mix in spagetti sauce, add 1 1/2 cup of water heat and simmer for 10 min.
Mix all chesse with the eggs and add the parsley.
Poor one cup of sauce and meat into buttom of pan.
Put one layer of noodles on top of sauce add one cup of sauce then cover with the chesse.
Add another cup of sauce then noodles then sauce then top it all off with cheese. and cook at 325 for 1hour.
sorry for any spelling errors it is to early this morning

      Enjoy

another good ingredient to throw in there is to buy one of those really large bags of baby spinach leaves.... boil about an inch of water and then put all the spinach leaves in with some garlic and cover.. let it steam up and wilt/cook.. drain it, put it on a cutting board and chop it up real fine and then mix in the spinach with the meat sauce.... and don't forget the mushrooms also.

Made some up today. I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta(just because that's what we like at my house-and when I say we I mean she). It was outstanding and will definitely be used again. In fact, I'm eating some more as we speak.
